It's been a busy time since Halloween. There doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day. I can't believe Thanksgiving is past, maybe because I didn't have to cook this year. We had a wonderful dinner at my brother-in-law's house. I spent the day with one of those Ben-gay patches on my neck, I don't know what I did, but I had a terrible pain and stiffness. I missed a few Jazzercise classes because of it, and I wasn't too happy about that. i ate too many goodies to be missing exercise! As a result, I gained a few pounds. And the holiday season is just starting! I think I'm in trouble.

 

 

This sure is a tough time of year to watch what you eat, isn't it? I know that it seems there's always some kind of food or candy here at work during the holidays. It's good, but I don't need it, lol!

There was a doctor on Oprah this week who said the average person only gains about 1 pound during the holiday season. Even Oprah didn't believe that. She said it's more like 8. LOL

You spent the day with Ben on your neck? That doesn't sound at all bad to me. Of course, I prefer Candy on my neck :P
Seriously I do hope your neck is better. I gained 2 lbs on Thanksgiving so you are not alone. :-(
